Post-wise Eligibility & Educational Qualification
1. Superintendent-cum-PTI (68 Posts)
- Should be Matriculate in second division or should pass 10+2 from a recognized university or institution.
- Should possess a certificate in Physical Education (C.P.Ed) from a recognized university or institution.
- Preference shall be given to candidates with a Diploma in Physical Education.
- Should possess working experience for a minimum period of two years in the line.
2. Storekeeper (62 Posts)
- Should be Matriculate in 2nd class or 10+2 from a recognized university or institution.
- Should possess a National Trade Certificate/National Apprenticeship Certificate in Any Engineering Trade.
- Should possess at least one year of experience in Storekeeping in Engineering Stores.
3. Librarian (03 Posts)
- Option 1: Bachelor of Library and Information Science from a recognized university/institution AND at least one year of practical experience in an organization registered under the Factories Act, 1948 or in a State Government/recognized institute.
- Option 2: B.A./B.Sc. degree from a recognized university/institution AND a Diploma in Library Science AND at least three years of practical experience in an organization registered under the Factories Act, 1948 or in a Government/recognized institute.
4. Auto Clave Operator / Machine Operator (02 Posts)
- Matric or 10+2.
- Two years certificate in Mechanical Trade from an Industrial Training Institute.
- Preference given to persons with knowledge of running and maintaining bulk sterilizers (electrical or steam heaters).
5. Junior Technician (Fitter) (21 Posts)
- National Trade Certificate in the Fitter trade OR a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 50% marks from a recognized institution.
6. Junior Technician (Electrician) (03 Posts)
- National Trade Certificate in the Electrician trade OR a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 50% marks from a recognized institution.
Punjabi Language Requirement
As per Punjab Government rules:
- No person shall be appointed unless they have passed the Matriculation examination with Punjabi as a subject or an equivalent examination.
- Additionally, for Group ‘C’ posts, candidates must pass a qualifying test of Punjabi Language equivalent to the Matriculation standard with at least 50% marks, conducted by the PSSSB.

Selection Process
- The selection will be based on a Computer-Based Test (CBT) of the Objective Type (Multiple Choice Questions).
- A Merit List will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the examination.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for Document Verification.
